Dr Ariaraj trained at the University of Sheffield Medical School and, after working in hospital specialities in Sheffield, Warrington and in Queensland, Australia, he returned to complete GP training in Liverpool.
Dr Ariaraj is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is based with the CCG and at Paxton Medical Centre in Birkenhead, where he is a GP.
Dr Araiaraj is a GP trainer and the practice lead for Child Health. He also works as an Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopist at Arrowe Park Hospital.
Dr Ariaraj is keen to help redesign services that meet the Wirral population’s need by encouraging collaboration between primary and secondary care.
